Andrea Dunbar is an attorney in the firm's Private Client group and a member of the Divorce & Family Law, Fiduciary Litigation and Trusts & Estates practices. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of probate and family court litigation in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This includes divorce, paternity, child custody, alimony, modification matters, will contests, representation of trustees, executors and beneficiaries, guardianships and conservatorships.

  • Represented client in a RI custody matter that resulted in custody of child being returned to client after eight (8) years.
  • Obtained lucrative financial settlement for RI divorce client who faced possibility of serious financial complications.
  • Represented client in extremely contentious custody battle involving multiple states and successfully reversed adverse decision handed down prior to my representation on appeal.
  • Successfully settled multiple high net worth divorces which required substantial knowledge of complicated assets and executive compensation.
