Laura Carroll is a partner and member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Business Litigation groups. Laura concentrates her practice in intellectual property litigation, with a primary focus on patent litigation, and also handles trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and unfair competition matters.

Laura is sought after for her ability to understand highly complex technical cases, present the facts in a clear and compelling way, and achieve her clients’ desired results. Laura has extensive experience in federal courts throughout the U.S., as well as state courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Clients appreciate her ability to understand complex mechanical and manufacturing technologies, and she frequently handles IP matters in the defense industry. She also serves as outside general counsel to several closely held companies.
