Christopher Wurster

Associate

overview

Christopher Wurster is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Employment Group. He focuses primarily on employment and business litigation in state and federal courts and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

He frequently represents clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment including sexual harassment, disability accommodations, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour issues. Chris also provides clients with advice regarding employment-related contracts, including severance and non-compete agreements.

Many clients come to him at a trying time in their lives, either facing a difficult situation at work or having been terminated. “They need a sympathetic ear, and then they need solutions,” Chris says. Sometimes the situation can be resolved relatively quickly – such as negotiating a client’s exit from a company where they’ve endured discrimination, retaliation, or where the employment relationship has otherwise broken down. In other scenarios, the solution might involve litigation. In that process, clients can count on Chris’s team to serve as their voice and lead the fight for them so they can move ahead with their lives.
