Paul Morton is a strategic leader with extensive experience in middle-market law firms, thriving on anticipating and managing change. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Burns & Levinson for over 17 years. Prior to that he has worked with other small and mid-size law firms in California, Delaware and Massachusetts. Paul has served the Association of Legal Administrators, an international organization of professional leaders of private law firms, non-profits and government organizations, in various capacities over many years, and has been a speaker at various conferences, seminars and webinars. In 2013 he was elected to be a Fellow for the College of Law Practice Management.

Over the past few years Paul has spoken on various topics at conferences, seminars and webinars, including topics such as “How to Get Buy-In for CRM,” “Consensus Driven Problem Solving,” and “What Keeps the C-Suite Up at Night.” He recently served as a moderator for the recent Large Firm Administrator Idea Exchange at the 2016 Annual Education Conference for the Association of Legal Administrators.
