Laura R. Studen is a senior partner at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston. Her career has been largely focused on employment disputes (including discrimination, wrongful discharge, workplace harassment, executive compensation and contract negotiations), and her family law practice includes litigation of child custody and removal as well as divorce among medium to higher net worth individuals involving complex business and asset valuation. For more than 35 years, Attorney Studen has handled complex disputes in litigation, mediation, and arbitration in multiple venues and jurisdictions locally and nationally.
