Scott Moskol and Frank Segall were quoted in “Snap Judgments: What will be the impact in Massachusetts of the Department of Justice’s decision to reverse an Obama-era policy discouraging federal prosecutors from bringing charges against users in states where marijuana is legal?” by Kris Olsen in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Scott and Frank responded to the question stating that they do not believe the DOJ’s reversal will have significant impact upon the present course of the cannabis industry in Massachusetts.
