Michael Andreasen, who joins the Corporate practice, focuses on corporate, finance, securities, venture capital and private equity matters. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Bentley University.
Saqib Hossain, who joins the Corporate and Energy/Cleantech practices, focuses on renewable energy and clean technology law, regulatory policy and litigation, project development and transaction matters. He is a graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law, the London School of Economics and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Bryan C. Natale, who joins the Corporate practice, represents private and public businesses in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate governance and operation, securities, venture capital and private equity. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Boston College.
Robert A. Petitt, who joins the Corporate practice, focuses on securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters for both public and private company clients. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Dartmouth College.
