The new attorneys strengthen the firm's Private Client practice:
Nicholas Forgione is a partner in the firm's Private Client practice. He advises clients at all asset and income levels with their estate planning and probate needs, including estate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate and fiduciary income taxation. Nick has extensive experience representing individuals and estates in audit matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Administration. He also works with small and medium size businesses in all areas, including the agricultural community, with their corporate and succession planning needs.
Christine N. Fletcher joined the firm as an associate in the Private Client, Probate & Trust Litigation and Trusts & Estates practices. Her areas of focus include wills and trusts, estate tax planning, planning for incapacity, business succession planning, estate administration, as well as probate and trust administration. In addition, Christine advises clients with closely held and family-owned businesses on business law matters.
