Boston based law firm Burns & Levinson LLP has proudly launched a new blog, "The In-House Advisor," published by one of the partners, Shepard Davidson. Drawing from many years of practice in business litigation and management-side employment, Mr. Davidson, along with another Partner, designed the blog to provide practical commentary on a variety of legal issues that many business leaders and decision-makers regularly face. The blog will also periodically feature guest posts written by well-respected in-house counsel to provide "in the trenches" viewpoint.

"We are extremely excited to embark on this new endeavor," said Davidson. "We look forward to sharing with in-house counsel, as well as high-level executives, insightful and useful perspectives on issues that often go unnoticed - until it's too late - or can be overwhelming due to ever-changing laws."

With this blog, Mr. Davidson join his colleagues Nancy Van Tine (Massachusetts Divorce Law Monitor) and Bruce Jobse and Orlando Lopez (ObvIPat) in the blogosphere.

Shepard Davidson is co-chair of the Business Litigation Department of Burns & Levinson. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex business tort actions, contract claims, real estate actions, shareholder disputes and employment claims. He has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, in both state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration. He represents individuals, small businesses and multi-national companies in a wide variety of industries and capacities.
