Burns & Levinson Announces Addition of Three Attorneys

In response to growing client demand, Burns & Levinson LLP has welcomed four associates to the firm’s Boston office. The new attorneys strengthen the firm’s Business Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property and Private Client Groups.
“This talented group of lawyers deepens our bench in numerous areas of law where we are seeing an increase in client demand,” said Burns & Levinson Managing Partner David P. Rosenblatt. “We welcome Jordan, Laura, Brooke and Frank, and wish them great success at Burns & Levinson.”
Jordan P. Bowne is an associate and member of the Private Client Group. As a member of the Private Client Group he will focus his practice on divorce, family law, and probate litigation. He is a former law clerk of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, and a graduate of University of Southern California and Suffolk University Law School.
Laura Lee Mittelman is an associate and member of the Business Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice on defending and litigating complex commercial cases. Ms. Mittelman also has experience with antitrust, class action, product liability, and intellectual property litigation. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and DePaul University College of Law.
Brooke A. Penrose is an associate and member of the Intellectual Property Group. She concentrates her practice on trademark and copyright issues, rights of publicity clearance and compliance issues, registration of copyrights, issues of copyright infringement, and permissible uses of copyrighted works. Ms. Penrose is co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Arts, Entertainment & Sports Law Committee. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
