Burns & Levinson helped longtime client KODA Enterprises Group strategically acquire Load Rite Trailers, LLC, through its holding company Water-Land, LLC, expanding KODA’s marine trailer manufacturing and distribution capabilities across the U.S. eastern seaboard. This followed Burns’ successful handling of KODA’s acquisition of Water-Land and solidified the combined companies’ status as the largest non-OEM marine trailer manufacturer in the country.
